Alex I enjoyed your interview with your dad. It would be fun to get him and Jordan Barrett together on your show. There was another great designer in Miami during this same time. His name was Paul Berg. He had an agency but he was a very good designer. I’m sure you dad knew him even though he didn’t compete with him like he did Barrett and Gaby. PS I was Sam’s creative director when we brought in Breen and Werblow to write our copy. Chuck came along a little later. My favorite creative moment with Chuck was when we pitched the Cayman Island Tourist Board. And compared to other island destinations the Caymans had such a small budget that Chuck told them that he thought they should buy arms and declare war on Haiti and they would get more publicity for having done that than we could possibly get them with their paltry budget. We revived Sam shortly after that. And got the account. I’m sure the people on the tourist commission have never forgotten our presentation.
